Operations concluded for the acquisition of the French Company.

Treviglio, 7 September 2011. SAME DEUTZ-FAHR (SDF) a leading manufacturer of agricultural tractors, combine harvesters, engines and farm machinery, announced it has completed the acquisition of the entire share capital of Grégoire SAS (Grégoire).

For SDF, the acquisition of Grégoire completes an outstanding offering for the specialist range of harvesting machinery, providing unique solutions for the most demanding wine and olive producers.

Grégoire joins the brands owned by SDF, but maintains its operational autonomy.
Mr. Patrick Verheecke continues in his role as CEO.
